Hello John,

We enjoyed meeting you at Canto Del Mar last month and are writing to thank
you for your tip on visiting LaPaz Waterfalls Gardens.  Indeed it was beautiful;
an experience that was much more than we had expected.  We were able to get
a guide who drove us up to the park when it first opened.  It just so happened that
it was a misty morning and doubt that we would have been able to see Poas anyway.

We would also like to tell you again how much we enjoyed our stay at Canto
Del Mar again.  We don't think a better place can be found in that entire area. 
We must have a zillion photos of the view!  And working with Adriano was just
fabulous.  He graciously answered all of our many questions with details that only
added to the ease in planning our trip and ultimately enjoying the best vacation we
have had thus far.  Of course, we are already talking about coming back next year. 
We are addicted to Costa Rica!

Hello John, How are you and your lovely family doing? Sorry it took so long to get back to you. We have been on vacation for the past 2 weeks. We are so happy with our purchase and we owe a great deal to both you and to Jimmy. Maybe fate intervened a little too when the ice storm that hit the east kept us in country long enough to meet with you and to have Jimmy show me the various properties (including the one you recommended and we subsequently bought). Jimmy couldn''t have been a better guide or nicer person to deal with through out the whole process. He stayed in touch in a timely fashion when we had questions and if he didn''t know the answer, he made sure to find it and to alleviate any anxieties we may have had during the whole proceedings. Your operation is top flight and I have already suggested your services to several people that I have met during my research of Costa Rica as well as to personal friends that I have here at home that have begun to feed off of my enthusiasm when speaking of my experience in Costa Rica. Not only was Jimmy totally professional, but he recommended a great law firm to work with (Facio Abogados) that completed our transaction without any issues. Jose Arce was a pleasure to deal with and he not only helped us close the deal, he helped establish our corporation (Whales Tail Horizons, Inc.) that we will be dealing through from now on. I understand that Jimmy took you to the property that we purchased. What did you think? I would look forward to any suggestions you have as to building considerations or a particular builder that you would recommend. I also understand that Oscar Arias has approved the appropriations necessary to complete the work on the coastal highway that will service the Uvita, Domincal area. Dear John, The two months we were in Costa Rica was an outstanding experience! Our month of touring the diversified regions in the North and South afforded many delightful first-time adventures. And Roberto did an excellent job. Our month living in the "jungle House" in Dominical was far more pleasurable than we expected. And we must commend Adriano for its selection, problem solving and his personal attention. Enaid is a superior person and solved any and all problems with the highest efficiency and graciousness.
