Every question we had was answered quickly, thoroughly and with diligence (several times Ben would go out and take pictures of our property, showing us the work we had requested in progress); any concern we had was met with careful consideration: if Ben did not have the answer, he made sure to find us a professional, knowledgeable person who did.
